 Are You Competent To Handle Your Commercial Affairs?

    In this day of challenging energy where it is obvious your publicly elected officials are forcing you into agreements, such as a looming idea of forced vaccinations, and mandated masks in some areas, along with obtaining registration, and licenses to travel freely along the common ways of the roads built for our use, or even to take a flight across the country, or overseas if you don't have your own private plane. You must obtain some sort of government identification to open bank accounts, to apply for housing, and loans, or to enter federally established buildings around the nation. Are you a government employee? No, then why do you need a government issued identification card when you could easily obtain and use identification from your local recreation center, library, or even create your own. I know, I know, it's crazy to think that you could create your own identification, because after all everyone else can identify you better than you can identify yourself right?

    Well the reason you need a government issued identification is because in order to do business with you, a living soul, either man or woman, you have to be identified as a corporation just as they are. EVERY corporation is identified by using all capital letters in the style spelling of it's name in tax and banking law evidenced in their articles of incorporation (ex. MACY'S, SPEEDWAY, RACETRAC). Are you a corporation? No? Ok well let's do a little exercise. Take out your debit/credit card, your driver's license, and a utility or any other type of bill you receive in the mail. Look at your name. Are you sure you're not a corporation? Sure looks like you are now huh? In school we all learn that in spelling a proper noun name that we are to capitalize the first letter of the first and last names correct? No man, or woman spells their name in all capital letters, it's grammatically incorrect. So, I guess you are a corporation after all, but you just didn't know it, and nobody told you that you're identifying as one either. Do you smell fraud? Wait, there's more...

    Now that you know you've been identified as a corporation it's time to get to WHY you are identified as such. To get a complete understanding of how this was done, you must first know TRUE history and banking. The illegally ratified 14th Amendment created what we know of today as a "U.S. CITIZEN", which then made every man who identified as such chattel property of the UNITED STATES INC., instead of the previously held status of American National of The United States of America, which was reconstructed in 1871 with the Act that birthed Democracy, the Klu Klux Klan, and a plot to make the American people slaves to a foreign power without knowing after the Civil War, which has technically never ended by the way. Once a man identified as a U.S. CITIZEN he had consented that he and his household had pledged their allegiance, and property to a foreign power identified as "UNITED STATES", which is DRASTICALLY different than "The United States of America" that holds in it the American Republic. That was the start of it all. So the 14th Amendment which stated that no man holding a title of nobility i.e. esquire, king, queen, etc., shall hold public office in The United States of America was illegally ratified, "The United States of America" was dissolved, and "UNITED STATES INC" was birthed as a corporation ran by esquires (attorneys) and freemasons in the interest of the Middle Crown Temple. So tell me again why you celebrate the 4th of July???

    Once the Federal Reserve Bank was established in our country in 1913, all the real intrinsically valuable money was removed from circulation i.e. silver and gold, then replaced with legal tender paper currency, or notes. In America, in 1933 the Federal Reserve Bank had bankrupt the public, and UNITED STATES INC., had entered into a Chapter 11 reorganization (bankruptcy) to pay back it's debt to the foreign bankers, and The United States of America lost it's sovereignty & ceased to exist as a country, being that a country needs money to exist as such, while UNITED STATES INC. continued on as a private foreign corporation run from Washington D.C.. under bankruptcy rules, where all commercial transactions are merely bookkeeping entries as there is no money of value to "pay" for anything. We can only discharge debt until real constitutional money of value comes back into circulation. As private men and women, Americans were not "persons" required to forfeit their gold and titles to property they had acquired in Roosevelt's Executive Order in 1933, only juristic persons, or persons created by law a.k.a. U.S. CITIZENS. The American people forfeited their gold and titles to property unknowingly anyway, giving the foreign UNITED STATES government total control of all resources on the land, and total control of the monetary system. So this would be an act of all out treason if there was not some type of remedy given to the American people which is where the insurance policy of House Joint Resolution (HJR 192) 192 came into play stating that the UNITED STATES would discharge every obligation of the UNITED STATES (which is every debt created) dollar for dollar. There are a few issues with this remedy though. For one, the so called judges of Article 3 courts would now become administrators of Article 1 courts, and ALL of them were to take silent judicial notice of the bankruptcy and the operation of the monetary, and court system which would from that point be operating in a private international admiralty/maritime jurisdiction. Another issue with this remedy is that the foreign government was not going to give you step by step instructions on how to go about exercising your remedy, but instead print publications from the Federal Reserve Banks, and include it in their UNITED STATES CODE sections (ex. Title 31 U.S.C.) Everything is run on presumptions and assumptions and as far as money goes, you are presumed to be an expert in commercial affairs because you handle commercial paper on a daily basis. The most important of these issues in my opinion is the fact that they never tell you that you are operating in the public which is BANKRUPT. 

    They instead have made the American people constitutors for their debt by deeming you to be a corporation, evident by the all capital style spelling of your name (ex. JOHN Q. DOE a.k.a. STRAWMAN) on all of your PUBLIC identifiers, and giving you a Social Security Number to track all of your commercial activity so that they can levy tax upon you as a corporation, when the labor of living souls is exempt from taxation and levy.

    Above you will find a view of the Federal Court Building in Miami Florida. Why does it look like a ship? Why is it that my birth certificate is printed on bank security paper, and that I couldn't leave the hospital without first obtaining a Social Security Number, which is linked to a Federal Reserve Bank? 

    It has taken me nearly 7 years of intense study of these questions, and subjects, along with the history that contains the answers within, and great sacrifices of my personal life were suffered in the process. Not only has there been study, but I've gained wisdom through action, and execution of some of the most unknown to man private administrative remedies available to us through the system. Many want to dismantle the system without a thorough understanding of how it operates first. YES, it is a massive scheme, and fraud induced on the American people filled with propaganda, staged events to incite racial tensions, and a history full of lies in the name of reconstruction and usurpation. 

    It is up to us, the American people to end the divide and conquer agenda being placed upon us and establish our sovereignty on our land. We set the tone for the rest of the world so it's time to educate ourselves with effective material instead of walking around aimlessly being robbed at every corner of the world. When it comes to the police, or policy enforcement, just do what you must to survive the encounter, and be sure to leave with their information as well, since they want to contract with you so bad, you'll need it if you want remedy from ANY damage they may cause while you're being detained. Be wise as a snake, and harmless as a dove.
